Mountaineering village
Vent

Vent nestles at 1895 meters above sea level and has only around 215 inhabitants. It is one of the 30 villages that have been awarded "mountaineering villages". From here you conquer Wildspitze, Tirol's highest mountain. Other highlights such Similaun peak or fabulous glacier worlds can also be reached from here.

Stuiben Falls
in Umhausen

With a falling height of 159 meters, the Stuiben Falls are the highest waterfall in all of Tirol. It is only about 20 kilometers away from Sölden and has several viewing platforms from which you can watch the thundering white waters up close. In the surrounding area there are many hiking trails and the Bichl snack station serving Tirolean specialties. A family-friendly via ferrata at the Stuiben Falls promises great views.
